Although his music career may appear considerably new, Mahonry Alejandro Tovar - Multi-instrumentalist, singer, rapper, songwriter, producer - Has been putting together music since he was 16 years old. Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Now 25, he has amassed over half a million streams with his two musical projects.  He first formed,” The Musket Vine” which was highly successful in his city. Writing producing and engineering all songs for the group along with marketing independently. He has been able to gain considerable recognition in Las Vegas and the suburban outskirts of California.

 

He then went on to create the independent project, "Jidiani". This project has grown rather quickly with over 75 thousand views collectively on his independently filmed, edited, and released music videos on YouTube.

 

In 2017, returning from his service in the war of Iraq, he released, "Alguien Como Tu". Under the moniker, "The Musket Vine". Landing him a spot-on Spotify's, New Indie Mix". Gaining over 108 thousand streams on Spotify's platform alone.

 

He is the owner of his music business, “The Earthbound, LLC" and the creator and person behind all the production, mixing, composition, recording, vocal performances, website creations, video editing, publishing, and marketing of over 200 songs he has created over the past five years.
